A fresh new chapter

So, here we are! Welcome to the new blog! I've been blogging regularly over on "A Day in the Life" since I was about 19 - I started it in the summer of 2011. As attached as I am to that blog and all of the history, followers, and love that I have for it - it was time for a fresh, new chapter.

When I checked today, the old blog had an all-time view count of over 14,000. It may not sound like a ton, but to me it sounds like 14,000 times you guys thought of my blog and wondered enough to open your computers, type in my blog address, and read about what was going on in my life.

14,000. Whoa.
And here I thought it was only my mom reading these posts. (Love ya, ma.)

So, from now on, follow along with my (our) story here. I'll share our married victories (we bought a washer and dryer - yay big kid stuff!), our tribulations (the first time we fired up that washer, it flooded our kitchen - lol), and each little adventure along the way. In a few days, I'll post the ENTIRE wedding story - including photos, day of craziness, and all the perfectly imperfect behind the scenes stuff you didn't hear about on social media. I'll also post photos of our new little Clark home, I'll put up never before seen pictures from the honeymoon (because I forgot that I brought my camera to Cancun and never posted any - oops), I'll let you know how the bachelorette party went, fill you in on all of my victories (and oopsie daisies) in the kitchen, and all the rest along the way.

The blog is a work in progress, so bear with me while I edit and alter.
