Hi Friends!
Our honeymoon to an all-inclusive in Cancun was more fun than I can say! We had so many adventures, drank more margaritas than we should have and ate more Mexican french fries than I care to admit. It was 6 days worth of sleep, sleep, sleep, sun and the prettiest ocean I've ever seen.
We honestly probably slept for 48 hours straight when we first got there! Our daily routine the first few days was to sleep until 11, go down to the beach, 2 hour siesta, downstairs for dinner, back up to the room to watch Mexican TV (which was actually REALLY good!) and then back to sleep. It wasn't until about day 4 that we were ready for adventures in the city and snorkeling and shopping. Honeymoons, I discovered, were absolutely made for rest more so than for site seeing and tourist activities. The very last day as we were leaving I got sick, as Americans in Mexico oftentimes do, and it carried over into my having to take a few days off work to recover. That was honestly the only real mishap of the entire trip! We were blessed with a beautiful wedding and a rejuvenating honeymoon together. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
Here are our pictures that I never got around to posting. They are in a mess of an order, but I'd love to share them with you, so here they are. Most of the details I prefer to keep, but the pictures are too fun not to share.

That's it, folks! That's a wrap. Short and sweet. Some of our most fun and precious memories were left on that beach! We had so much fun being silly and not talking about table linens or signature drinks or videographers. Cancun was spectacular. I can't wait to go back (and brush my teeth with a water bottle.)
XO,
Kaylee
